Fairies

This beauty fell in my mailbox today

Fairies' Whirl by Arthur John Black

Arthur John Black (1855-1936) is a well listed landscape and
portrait artist who worked in both oil and watercolour. He
studied in Paris at the Academie des Beaux Arts under the noted
artist Benjamin Constant. He exhibited at the Royal Academy 36
times, and the Royal Institute of Oil Painters 54 times. He was a
member of both the New Society of Painters in Watercolours and
the Royal Institute of Painters in Oil. He lived in Nottingham in
1884, London 1890 and Dorset from 1931 to his death in 1936.
A number of his works can be seen in the Castle Museum &
Gallery in Nottingham, The Gurnsey Museum of Art, and in many
private and public galleries.

I usually don't show the back, but Amanda made it
look so pretty!

And she also put the new
Global Forever stamp on the envelope!

I also got some extra cards in the envelope but I don't know if I am going to use them to send out or keep them for myself. Once I know, you'll see them appear.

Collecting Christmas stamps

Yes, Christmas stamps in the summer,
but I got these recently so I have to show them!

A Christmas stamp from Jersey!

Jersey's Christmas stamps from 2001 feature 10 different designs in self-adhesive strips. Three stamps show bells used as holiday decorations, such as the nondenominated (29-penny) stamp shown here.

Ireland

I couldn't find any decent information on these stamps,
so if you can help me, I would be really greatful.

Another post about mail!

I received this wonderful envelope today,
folded from an old calendar and the contents were even better.
Thank you, Kasia!

Such a beautiful card.

The back of the envelope.

Look at her drawings! The middle one is my fav.

I also prepared some outgoing mail.

I made the two flower envelopes from a calendar too.

I also made some washi tape flags.
Can someone please explain me how to do this without
needing four hands?! It took me way too long to finish this...
